NEO Youth Center — free drop-in, grades 6–12

The Friendship Club — long-term mentoring, ages 10–18

Year-round after-school program for youth facing poverty, abuse, or trauma. Serves about 125 youth at a time with mentoring, academic support, and the annual Graduation & Scholarship Dinner. Founded 1995. [Source: bffyouth.org/tfc/ (accessed 2026-05-17)]

SAFE — help if you are 25 or younger and have nowhere stable to live

Drop in at the Navigation Center for food, clothing, showers, hygiene supplies, help applying for CalFresh and Medi-Cal, mental-health and physical-health support, and help with school or trade training. GREAT Camp — summer leadership, grades 6–8

Cinderella Project — free formal wear
