Who it's for:
- Host organizations: 501(c)(3) nonprofits that are current Claude for Nonprofits Team or Enterprise customers, can provide an office for in-person work, and can name both a leadership sponsor and a day-to-day supervisor.
- Fellows: early-career people with under two years of work experience, authorized to work in the U.S., chosen through a national competition. No minimum education, but fellows need "everyday comfort with AI tools" and a commitment to social impact.
What hosts get
- Up to four fellows, full-time for 12 months, with salary and benefits fully covered. Fellows spend about five hours a week on structured training.
- A one-time $10,000 implementation grant per host organization.
- Up to $2,500 in Claude licenses and API credits per fellow.
