What you get
- Round 4 (FY 2026-27): $200,000 in total: one grant for schools (listed as $100,000 on the California Grants Portal; the CPUC page says up to $99,659) and two grants of up to $50,000 each for nonprofits.
- It funds "holistic solutions through digital literacy training, take-home devices, and broadband connections", closing gaps in broadband networks, affordability, device access and digital skills.
- No matching funds required.
