Partnership HealthPlan provides free medical transportation services for Medi-Cal members to access covered medical services. Services include Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) with door-to-door service, Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) via taxis or buses, gas mileage reimbursement for family/friends driving, and travel-related expense coverage for lodging, meals, and parking. The program coordinates the least costly transportation method that meets the member's needs.
