When and where
- Grass Valley Library (207 Mill St): drop-in tech help every Thursday, 3–4 pm, no appointment needed ("Struggling with your smartphone? Defeated by your Dell?"). This is per the county calendar, so check it before you go.
- Madelyn Helling Library (980 Helling Way, Nevada City) has a Collaborative Technology Center with free tech instruction. Call 530-265-7050.
