For nonprofits: Bridging the Gap

Organizations can become Bridging the Gap partners (with Mobile Beacon). Partners get their own PCs for People link and a portal that tracks the devices bought through it. Details: <https://www.pcsforpeople.org/partners/>.

For small refurbishers: genuine Windows licenses (Third Party Refurbisher program)

PCs for People is a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher (MAR). Its Third Party Refurbisher (TPR) program is "tailored to the needs of small and medium sized refurbishers" who want to preinstall genuine Microsoft licenses on refurbished PCs. Citizenship licenses are for recipients such as educational institutions, nonprofits and low-income customers, and commercial licenses are for everyone else; "which license a refurbisher will use is determined by who eventually receives the refurbished PC." Register at the MAR portal (651-354-2552).
