- Becoming Us — a four-part course with a therapist and a public health nurse for parents-to-be. Next start: Oct. 1, 2026.
- Baby Basics — newborn care: feeding, soothing, partner support; participants get infant care supplies. Next: Oct. 29, 2026.
- Prenatal Breastfeeding — latching, positioning, milk production, newborn cues. Next: Nov. 5, 2026.
- Infant/Child CPR — CPR, choking relief and emergency response for infants and children, with hands-on practice for parents, caregivers and family members. Next: Nov. 10, 2026.

Parent Circle — every Tuesday, 3–4 p.m.
A weekly group for parents and guardians of children of all ages: a different topic each week, activities for children, refreshments and a monthly raffle. RSVP requested but not required (530-847-8293). Where: The Learning Center at Sierra Nevada Children's Services, 420 Sierra College Dr #100, Grass Valley.
