What's in the 2026–2027 Safe Together guide
An 11-page list of resources, including:

- Disaster Distress Helpline, 1-800-985-5990 — around-the-clock, multilingual crisis counseling after disasters.
- Medical Baseline — a lower energy rate and extra notice before Public Safety Power Shutoffs for customers with qualifying medical needs; contact your utility (PG&E here).
- Red Cross, Listos California, ADA National Network emergency-power planning, U.S. Fire Administration and more.
